Sortd CRM for Gmail
Sales boards and deal stages inside Gmail
Sortd CRM for Gmail puts email and task boards inside your inbox. Choose Business for deals, contacts, companies and sales reports. Starter and Essentials focus on email and task management.
What is Sortd?
Turn an email into a card on a shared board, then give it an owner, deadline and next step. Add standalone tasks when a customer request creates work beyond replying.
Business adds sales stages, deal values and shared customer records. Import contacts from CSV and export contacts or sales reports to a spreadsheet.
Sortd interface languages
English
The Chrome Web Store lists English for the Sortd Gmail extension. The full language set for the web and mobile apps is unconfirmed.
Who it suits
- Gmail teams sharing email and task boards
- Small sales teams that want deals and customer records in Gmail
Shared inbox
Shared boards keep each conversation with its owner and status. A teammate taking over a deal can read its email history.
Projects
Mix email cards and standalone tasks on project boards. Add deadlines and track progress with the team.
Sales pipelines
Business includes deals with stages and values, contacts, companies and sales reports. Export contacts or reports to a spreadsheet when you need to work with the data elsewhere.
How Sortd works with Gmail
The browser extension adds boards to Gmail. Drag a conversation into a lane, assign it and set the next action. Teammates can read the linked conversation history when taking over a deal.
New inbox and sent messages update Sortd's boards and automations while the mailbox is connected.
Getting started

- Assign a conversation, add a deadline and check it in the day planner. Install the Gmail mobile add-on separately to add work from an open email on your phone.
