Information you provide

The Get listed form asks for your name and email address. You may also add a comment. Please include only information relevant to your request and avoid passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.

How we use your request

We use your details to review the suggested CRM, contact you about the request and maintain related correspondence. Sending a request does not subscribe you to marketing emails or guarantee inclusion in the ranking.

Form delivery and data transfer

When you submit the form, your name, email, optional comment and consent are sent through Web3Forms to the topcrm inbox at ttfornewlife@gmail.com. The form provider processes submissions and technical information, such as an IP address, to deliver messages and prevent abuse.

Web3Forms and its infrastructure providers may process information in other countries. Its processing, retention and transfer arrangements are described in the Web3Forms Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. You choose whether to consent to this transfer before submitting.

Storage and retention

Listing requests are private correspondence. They are not published in the ranking or stored in the public content database. We retain correspondence while handling your request and related follow-up. You can ask us to delete it using the contact address above; some records may need to be kept where required by law.

Browsing and third-party content

Our hosting and security providers may process technical information needed to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

On the Talvu page, the promotional video connects to YouTube only after you press play. YouTube then processes information under Google’s Privacy Policy. Vendor websites linked from our reviews have their own privacy policies.

Analytics cookies

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits, referring sites and device information. Google may process technical information, including your IP address, and use analytics cookies. We do not send your listing-request details to Google Analytics or enable advertising personalization.

Google Analytics loads only after you allow analytics cookies. You can decline or withdraw permission through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing permission stops analytics on this site and removes its analytics cookies; it does not erase information already processed by Google.

Your choices

You can browse the ranking without submitting a form. To request access, correction or deletion of information you sent, or to withdraw consent for further processing, email ttfornewlife@gmail.com. We will review your request under the privacy rules that apply to you. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed.
