Editorial rankings and scores

The ranking, product selection and scores reflect topcrm’s editorial assessment. They help readers compare Gmail integration, documented features, pricing and plan restrictions. Different teams may reach different conclusions based on their workflow.

Scores are editorial opinions on a scale of 0 to 10. They are not averages of customer reviews, vendor certifications or guarantees of a product’s performance. Our comparison uses public product information and clearly identifies plan-dependent and unverified features.

Product information

Features, prices, free-plan limits, trials and supported languages can change. We link to vendor sources so you can check the details for the plan and account you intend to use. Confirm current terms with the vendor before subscribing.

Descriptions and interface previews explain the products. Product names, logos and interfaces belong to their respective owners. A product’s inclusion does not imply a vendor’s endorsement of topcrm.

Listing requests and corrections

You may suggest a CRM or send a correction through Get listed. Provide accurate information and use an email address you can access. Do not submit confidential information, unlawful material or details you do not have permission to share.

A request does not guarantee a listing, a particular position or a reply within a set period. Editorial decisions remain with topcrm. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle your submission.

External services

Vendor links, Web3Forms and the optional YouTube player lead to services operated by other providers. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services. Purchases and product support are handled by the relevant vendor.

Using this site

You may use the ranking for research and link to our pages. Do not impersonate another person, submit spam or interfere with the site’s operation. Contact us before reproducing substantial portions of our original editorial content.

Availability and updates

We aim to keep the site useful and accurate, but cannot promise that every detail remains current or that access is uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We may update the site and these terms; the revision date appears above.
