Drag CRM for Gmail
Shared email boards inside Gmail
Drag CRM for Gmail turns shared inbox conversations into assigned cards on sales and task boards. Teams can track owners, stages, notes and follow-up dates while handling customer email in Gmail.
What is Drag?
Connect a team email address or Google Group to a shared board. Colleagues can read the same conversations, assign work and see its status. Board invitations control who has access.
For sales, move conversation cards through configurable stages and add notes or follow-up dates. Shared contacts provide People and Organizations views with conversation history.

Who it suits
- Sales or customer service teams sharing a Gmail address
- Teams using email cards to track deals and assigned work
Shared inbox
A shared inbox lists customer conversations with owners and statuses. Colleagues can read the same email history when taking over a conversation.
Tasks
Use email or standalone task cards with due dates, reminders, checklists, files and internal notes. Keep customer requests and the work they create on the same board.
Workflow automation
Combine triggers, conditions and actions to route, tag or assign conversations. Rules can send matching work to the relevant person or queue.
How Drag works with Gmail
Connect the shared address through Drag's Chrome extension and invite collaborators. Emails appear as board cards, with the thread available as the team assigns work or changes its status.
Add standalone tasks for work outside email, with internal notes, due dates and checklists. Drag also has web, desktop, Android and iOS apps.
Getting started
- Install the official Drag extension and sign in to Gmail. Confirm access to the shared mailbox or Google Group you want to connect.
- Create a shared inbox board, connect its address and invite the people handling that queue. Choose a few stages and assign an owner to each conversation.
- Set a routing condition, such as sender or subject, and choose an action to assign or tag matching work. Check your plan's automation rule limit.
