Streak CRM for Gmail
Shared sales pipelines inside Gmail
Streak CRM for Gmail puts sales pipelines, deal records and team email history inside your inbox. Update stages and fields while reading a conversation, assign the next task and share records with colleagues. Its mail merge tools add personalized outreach and automatic follow-ups.
What is Streak?
A pipeline tracks a process, and each record within it is called a box. Stages show progress; columns hold the details you track. A box collects emails, contacts, comments, files and tasks. Choose what each box represents and which stages your team uses before adding records. The same structure can track sales or project work.
Mail merge sends personalized messages to pipeline contacts or recipients from a CSV. Set the first send time and add follow-ups; a reply removes that recipient from later messages. Daily sending limits depend on your Streak plan and Google account type, so check the allowance for the account you will send from.

Who it suits
- Sales teams that want shared pipelines and deal updates inside Gmail.
- Teams combining deal management with personalized email outreach.
Sales pipelines
Stages and columns put the sales process inside Gmail. Filter records with saved views to find deals that need attention.
Mail merge
Use pipeline contacts or CSV data for personalized bulk messages. Preview each recipient's message, schedule delivery and add follow-ups that stop after a reply.
Tasks
Assign tasks to colleagues and review them in Upcoming. Each task stays linked to its box, and due-date changes update its Google Calendar event.
How Streak works with Gmail
Open a Gmail conversation and use the Streak sidebar to view or update its box. Inbox tags show the pipeline and stage before you open the email. Automatic team email logging adds correspondence to CRM records so colleagues can review the deal's history.
Create a follow-up task from a box, the email sidebar or Upcoming. Add a due date and assignee, then review your tasks across pipelines. Dated tasks appear as Google Calendar events; changing the due date in Streak updates the event.
Getting started
- Install Streak in a supported desktop browser and complete account setup. You can then use its mobile apps to access the CRM on your phone.
- Create a pipeline for one process and choose its stages and columns. Decide whether each box will track a deal, project or relationship.
- Add a box and link an existing email through the sidebar. Add the next task, share the pipeline and assign responsibility for keeping records current.

Streak: common questions
Does Streak have a free CRM plan?
CRM pipelines require a paid plan, starting with Pro. The free plan includes email tools such as tracking, snippets and limited mail merge. A 14-day Pro+ trial lets you try the paid CRM.
Can Streak send automatic email follow-ups?
Yes. Add follow-ups to a mail merge and choose their delay and send time. They stay in the original thread. Recipients who reply stop receiving later follow-ups, and daily sending limits still apply.
Can Streak manage projects after a sale?
Yes. Use a pipeline and boxes to track project stages, shared email history, files and tasks. Streak supports lightweight project coordination through email.
